Super PAC
Definition
A Political Action Committee that can raise and spend unlimited money to support or oppose candidates, but cannot coordinate directly with campaigns or contribute directly to candidates. Super PACs must disclose their donors. In Louisville mayoral races, Super PACs typically spend money on television ads, mailers, and digital advertising supporting or attacking candidates.
