Campaign Contribution Limits
Definition
The maximum amount individuals and organizations can donate to political candidates. In Kentucky, state law caps how much individuals and PACs can give a candidate per election. There are no limits on contributions to Super PACs. These limits aim to prevent wealthy donors from having outsized influence.
